Goshen Old-Time Enthusiasts – 07/19/12
The Electric Brew - A place for coffee and gathering in downtown Goshen, IN.
The GOTEs were started by Phil Good-Elliot in 2001. He had organized similar jam sessions in his previous home in Midland, Michigan. The first jams were held in the basement of his apartment here in Goshen. Phil was also instrumental in organizing the monthly Contra dances in Goshen (see godancing.org). In 2007, coordination of the jam sessions was taken over by Todd Wolford. The group has continued to thrive and now meets 3 times per month.
Jams are scheduled for:
• Old Bag Factory on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:30 until 11:30am
• The Electric Brew on the Third Thursday of each month from 7:00 until 9:00pm
• The Mill Race Farmers Market on the 4th Saturday of each month from 9:30 until 11:30am
E-mail reminders are sent prior to each jam session. If you would like to be added to the reminder list, e-mail Todd Wolford at Tkwolford@aol.com
