Cupping description for Ethiopian coffee

This past Sunday there were six of us that cupped 5 different coffees. One of them was an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. If you are interested in some fascinating information about coffee from this region you can check it out at: http://www.gourmetcoffeelovers.com/growing-regions/arabia-and-africa/ethiopian-yirgacheffe/.

Some of the words used on Sunday to describe our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe  were: Citrusy, Floral, Dried fruit, Honey, Fruity, and Smokey.

If you are interested in participating in a cupping event, send me an email at: myron@theelectricbrew.com, and we will get one scheduled in the near future.
