Stef Kirk grew up in Springfield Missouri. She started writing songs at the age of fifteen. Her music is soulful and unassuming with influences from artists such as Ernie Halter, Tony Lucca and Amos Lee. The lyrics are heartfelt and distinctively hers. Stef’s music, unlike so many female singer/songwriters‘, is unapologetic. She lives life with conviction and her songs reflect that. When I asked her what she would like her bio to say, she responded, “I don’t know. I just like to play the guitar and sometimes sing. And if people enjoy listening that’s cool.”

Wish I could see the show…had the opportunity to hear Stef play before, and her music is unconventionally original. She’s an incredible person, and her writing ability is uncanny. Everyone should come out, and support this new upcoming artist:). Live music is always a good time.
Take a shot for me…..of Espresso that is!!!
cheers,
Miss Payne
